Description
My practice
specializes in counseling for transition, help with hormonal therapies, assistance with gender identity matters and
providing aid with transsexual and transgender issues, as well as evaluation and
recommendation to surgical providers.
Telephone
Consultation
Appointments by telephone last about 50 minutes. I will place the call at our
scheduled appointment time and I pay long distance telephone charges.
You will need to provide me with your telephone number at the time of booking
and to be available during our scheduled appointment time.
Fees
Counseling is
$135 US per 50 minute hour. Other services, such as letters of
recommendation and help with hormonal therapies, are based on the same fee. Payment is requested at the time of
booking your appointment.
Cancellations
If you
are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel by email at least 72
hours in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment.
Confidentiality
The information
you share with me is confidential and cannot be disclosed to others without your
consent or as provided by law.
